New electronic controller ES-PB 02 with all the regulations mounted on the controller shell.
BRAKE:
Adjustable with potentiometer and selector
When selector on FULL the brake is always at the top, no matter how the potentiometer knob is regulated
When selector on REG
by turning the brake knob towards 0 (ZERO) the braking diminishes
by turning the brake knob towards 13 (THIRTEEN) the brakinig increases, but slightly less than with selector on FULL
STEP:
It drops the motor power
by turning the knob towards 0 (ZERO) the power diminishes
by turning the knob towards 13 (THIRTEEN) the power increases
START:
It adjusts the motor power at the same sensitivity
by turning the knob towards 0 (ZERO) you will have less timing advance (or more delay)
by turning the knob towards 13 (THIRTEEN) you will have more timing advance (or less delay)
SENSIBILTY:
It adjusts the motor power supply
Adjustable with potentiometer and selector
The selector separates the potentiometer action into 2, in order to prevent slight potentiometer turning from causing great driving changes.
When selector on 0-5 Ohm the supply will be slower, by pushing the trigger the slot car will be less reactive.
When selector on 5-10 Ohm the supply will be faster, by pushing the trigger the slot car will be more reactive.
In both selector positions if the potentiometer is on 0 (ZERO) the slot car will be less fast than on position 13 (THIRTEEN).
With selector on 0-5 Ohm and potentiometer on 13 (THIRTEEN) the power supply will be “about” the same as with selector on 5-10 Ohm and potentiometer on 0 (ZERO)
SELECTORS on the black box
The two selectors on the black box are used to lower of about 0.6 o 1.2 volt the volts indicated by the track power supply.
With both selectors on the left towards the label
the volts supplied are as indicated by the power supply
With selectors on opposite positions (any position)
the volts supplied are about 0.6 volt less (-0,6 volt) than the volts indicated on the power supply.
With both selectors on the right, away from the label
the volts supplied are about 1.2 volt less (-1,2 volt) than the volts indicated on the power supply.
